Orders, Shipping & Tracking
How long will it take for my order to process?
Processing usually takes 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) on weekdays start processing the same day. Orders after 2 PM or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
If your order is still processing, we will do our best to accommodate changes. If it has shipped, please email us for return information.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) process the same day. FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day Air do not deliver on weekends.
Will my order be charged sales tax?
Sales tax applies to orders shipped to Maryland, Kansas, Missouri, and Wisconsin, as well as Lobster ball machines shipped to California.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?

If your product has "Shop confidently with FREE RETURNS," you qualify for a free return label.
Are there free returns for APO/FPO, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?
We do not offer free returns for APO/FPO orders, and customers are responsible for return shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Can I return shoes I wore for a run?
We recommend trying shoes indoors. Generally, we do not accept worn shoes for return.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within two business days of receiving your returned item. You’ll receive an email notification.

How should I clean my shoes?
Use mild detergent and a brush. Allow them to air dry or use a shoe dryer. Consider a protectant spray to guard against stains.

Wet your foot and step on paper or cardboard. If your footprint shows a full foot, you have low arches; if little is visible, you have high arches. Visit us for assistance if unsure.
