Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange an item, please email us at info@savesole.com or call (+44)7448058533. Our customer service team will assist you and provide a return authorization number or a prepaid return label if applicable. Note: Orders qualifying for free returns do not need a Return Authorization Number.
Return Guidelines
- All returns must be unused, in 100% brand new condition, and returned within 60 days of the original order date.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable.
- Items returned after 90 days may be exchanged or issued store credit, which expires one year from the order date.
Packaging Returns
- Shoes: Use the provided white bag to return your shoebox. If you have a return label, place it on the bag, or write your RMA number on the outside.
- Other Items: Return items in their original packaging. Include the return label or RMA on the outside.
- Ensure all returns are properly packaged to avoid refusal.
Important Instructions
- Returns must include an RA number and a brief note stating the reason for the return.
- Wear shoes indoors only, on soft surfaces. They must be free of signs of wear.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
Changes and Cancellations
To change or cancel your order, contact us at (+44)7448058533 as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
