Fantastic for cross-training - stable enough for weightlifting yet cushioned for HIIT. The outsole grips well on gym floors. Took off one star because the tongue could be more padded. Otherwise exceeds expectations for versatile training.
The stability on inclines is unmatched. The sculpted heel locks your foot in place during steep descents. The lightweight construction makes hill repeats less punishing. Would love more color options.
